We recommend you get the same size rashguard as you would your t-shirt. Rashguard sizes are based on USA adult mens t-shirt sizes.
NOTE: RASHGUARDS ARE MADE TO FIT SKIN TIGHT! If you like it a little loose then get it 1-2 sizes larger than your t-shirt size.
We recommend 5XL rashguards up to 280 lbs, no heavier! If you are bigger or you want the rashguard to fit looser then we suggest you get a custom one.

This Aleeda rashguard can be ordered at a customer specified size if the sizes offered do not meet our users specifications. There is an additional charge of $50.00 for all custom sized rashguards.
