You cannot return, replace, or exchange a custom board unless it is not made to your specifications. You cannot cancel your order at anytime after you have paid. Note: Vice and Foil channels are only available with a white surlyn bottom. No stringers in Flow RIder boards. Custom X can't refund money due to your dissatisfaction with the performance of a board. Custom X will replace or repair any board with defective craftsmanship.
