You cannot return, replace, or exchange a custom board unless it is not made to your specifications. You cannot cancel your order at anytime after you have paid.

Custom X can't refund money due to your dissatisfaction with the performance of a board. Custom X will replace or repair any board with defective craftsmanship.
You cannot cancel your order at any time after your credit card is charged. PLEASE NOTE: Allow 4-6 weeks for a custom board to be made before WE receive it and ship to you!

If you live in California, GROUND shipping will take just ONE BUSINESS DAY anywhere in the southern half of the state, and just TWO BUSINESS DAYS in the northern half! Keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option!!!!
