I use the Dub because it is a sick shape for dropknee and can hold it's own prone riding too. I ride this board in waist high waves all the way to 8ft (Hawaiian) Pipe. It's an all around board that's great for DK. For an all around boarder, that's not too big or too small. What are some of the gnarliest conditions your board has been through? I put this board through countless hard landings and DK snaps. I treat it rough and its still ready to rumble. Once broken in, this board stays in it's prime for months for me. And I'd assume it'd last at least twice as long for just about everyone else. Why should the kid looking at the Dub, buy it? If you like to DK, this is a great board.
