We ship from San Clemente, California USA. Shipments within Southern California will be fastest and cheapest. We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING to ANY USA zip code, including US territories and APO/FPO addresses on orders of $125 and up (Continental USA) or $150 and up (outside Continental USA). Just select one of the “Ground” options if you are in the Continental USA, and “Priority Mail” if you are outside the Continental USA. Note: This offer does NOT apply to soft surfboards! This offer is only valid for orders that will fit in a single box (up to 2 bodyboards plus some additional products, or equivalent). If order requires more than one box, actual shipping charges will apply to additional boxes. These charges will be added AFTER your order has been submitted, and you will be emailed with an updated total if this is the case!

I. USPS 1st CLASS(small items) $2 for the first pound, increasing as you add weight. If package weighs over 1lb, Priority Mail will be used. All USA zip codes (including US territories and APO/FPO addresses). Varies widely. Can be a day or two, or a week or two US Postal Service First Class Mail.
You may ONLY select this option for orders with any combination of magazines, stickers, and DVD’s. These shipments have Delivery Confirmation but are NOT trackable.
J. USPS PRIORITY (No tracking) Starting at $4.10 for the first pound, increasing based on your location and the weight of the package. All 50 US States plus US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. If you are outside the continental USA, this is your cheapest shipping option. Usually 2-6 days.

US Postal Service Priority Mail. We use Delivery Confirmation.

* How do I get shipping costs BEFORE placing an order?
*Go to our website and navigate to each item you want, clicking the "ORDER" button to put each item in the online shopping cart.
*Once all your items are in the cart, click on "CHECKOUT" in the shopping cart.
*On the first page of the checkout, enter all your shipping address information, and select the shipping option that applies to your location and time frame (see list below for details about shipping options).
*Click on "Review and Submit" at the top of the page. Your total costs will be displayed on your screen, you will then have to go back and enter payment info by clicking "Payment Information". If you want ta?o check costs for a different shipping option for your location, simply hit the "BACK" button on your browser, and re-select a different option, and then again click "CONTINUE". Your new costs will always be displayed on the second page of the checkout process before you ever enter payment information. If you decide to finalize your purchase, simply enter your billing, payment and email information, and submit your order.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (Priority Mail or Fedex Ground, whichever is cheaper for us) ON ALL USA/US TERRITORIES/APO & FPO ORDERS THAT SUBTOTAL AT LEAST $125.00 in the Continental USA or $150 to all other USA zip codes.

* Do I pay sales tax?
Orders shipped in California or picked up at our warehouse only are subject to 7.75% sales tax. Orders shipping outside of California are not taxed.

* Are there extra charges if I order alot of stuff or oversized products?
Our free shipping offer is only valid for orders that will fit in a single box (up to 4 bodyboards or equivalent). If order requires more than one box, actual shipping charges will apply to additional boxes. You will be notified beforehand for your approval if this is the case.

* If my order includes a bodyboard, surfboard or skimboard what shipping options should I choose?
Be sure to select one of the options that says, "WITH BOARDS"! If you don't, we will modify your order and charge the extra amount. Alternately, if your orders DOESN'T include a bodyboard, be sure to select one of the "NO BOARDS" options. When using UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day options, if your bodyboard order includes more than one bodyboard, shipping costs will be higher, and we will notify you with that cost.

* What are your shipping methods?
We use UPS and the US Postal Service depending on which option you select and where you live. In some cases, with bodyboard shipments, Priority Mail is a cheaper option to some domestic destinations.
For MOST shipments outside the Continental USA including many international shipments, we use the US Postal Service. Please note that Priority Mail and Mag/Sticker/DVD shipping (1st Class Mail) are not trackable, but we do use Delivery Confirmation services with these shipments. We must allow a maximum of 30 days shipping time before we can consider a shipment "lost". This is extremely rare.

* What does a "Business Day" mean in the UPS Shipping options?
Business Days are defined as Monday-Friday and DO NOT include holidays! Please note that orders selecting UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select refer to "business days". Example: You place an order on Thursday before our 2pm shipping cutoff a? choosing the 3 Day Select method. That order will take 3 "business days" to ship- Thursday, Friday, and Monday, arriving Tuesday. We can offer Saturday delivery to some locations with UPS for an additional $10. We can also ship via Priority Mail which delivers on Saturdays for the same price as UPS 3 Day Select, or Express Mail which delivers 6 days/week (7 days/week to large urban areas). * Do you ship to PO Boxes?
UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide an alternative street address in the shipping information fields. Only orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories and Military addresses via our Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping options can be sent to P.O. boxes.

* What does "TERRITORIES/APO/FPO" mean in the shipping options?
US Territories include Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Palau, and some other areas around the world. APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) refers to US military addresses/installations/embassies around the world. We ship via the US Postal Service to all of these addresses for domestic shipping costs.

* Are there guaranteed shipping delivery times or my money back?
UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every package in the USA, USPS guarantees 1-2 day shipping on MOST Express Mail packages. We are not responsible for tracking every order to make sure it arrived in the advertised time. Please track your order and contact us if you see that it didn't arrive in the correct time and we will be happy to issue you a refund, minus processing fees. Note, delivery times are based on the day WE ship your order, not the day you place the order.

* What are your shipping times and hours?
Shipments go out Monday-Friday except U.S. holidays. All orders placed by 3pm Pacific Time usually go out the same day providing the items are in stock. We do not customarily ship an order until we have everything in stock. You will be contacted by email or phone if this is the case.

* I have a shipping account number of my own. Can I use it to ship my order?
If you have an account number with a shipping provider and would prefer to have us use that instead, please email or call and we can take care of that for you, or enter the informaion in the comments box at check-out. We can work with most other carriers.

* Tell me about "In stock" and "Out of stock" items?
We hold orders until all products in the order are in stock. While we make every effort to keep the site updated, sometimes an item may be listed as "AVAILABILITY: IN STOCK" when it isn't. We will normally notify you within 1 business day of you placing your order to let you know and give you options. We may contact you by email, so check your email often afta?er placing an order. We don't ship orders until every item is in stock, so if you order items that are in stock and other items that are not in stock then your order will be held until your order is complete.
If an item is listed as "AVAILABILITY: SHIPS IN 1-2 WEEKS", that means that WE will receive it in 1-2 weeks, and THEN it will be shipped from our warehouse. WARNING: These estimates are based on past experience with that vendor and by NO MEANS constitute a guarantee of availability time. We make every effort to expedite orders for our customers, but we are at the mercy of our vendors.

* What if my shipment gets damaged?
While we strive to pack items to avoid damage, in rare cases shipments are mishandled by the carriers. We insure most shipments against damage, so if you receive a shipment and something is damaged, you MUST carefully follow the following procedures:
*Save the box and all packaging.
*Do not use the damaged item.
*Contact us via phone or email immediately (be sure to have your order number ready).
*Be prepared to describe the damage in detail on the phone AND/OR via email so we have a written/typed record of your complaint to show the carrier. If it is determined that the damage was shipping-related, we will file a claim with the carrier. They may need to inspect the damaged item AND the packaging. If it is determined by them that they are at fault, the damaged items will be replaced immediately as long as we have them in stock.
*In most cases, we will request that you email a digital photo of the item in question for confirmation.

* How can I track my order?
Only packages shipped via UPS and USPS Express Mail are trackable.
For packages shipped via UPS, if you provided us with a valid email address at the time you placed your order then you should have received a UPS tracking number to that email address when the your package left our warehouse. If you haven't received this email then we may not have shipped your order, or your email address is invalid.
Orders shipped via First Class Mail or Priority Mail are NOT trackable but we do use Delivery Confirmation with these shipments.

* What if there was a delivery attempt?
UPS will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a door hanger notifying you of the attempt. USPS typically leaves a notice in your mailbox. If the package is undeliverable after two attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the product but not for shipping charges (if applicable). All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order. We cannot put delivery instructions on packages, so we recommend leaving a note on your door around the time of expected delivery instructing the carrier a? what to do.

* What if the tracking says my order was delivered and I never got it?
Though this situation is extremely rare, if the carrier reports the item has been delivered, then any dispute you may have must be taken up with the carrier directly. We will be happy to provide any documentation you may need to do this, but we cannot replace or refund an order that the carrier reports as having been delivered.
Missing USA shipments can only be credited after 30 business days from the ship date (60 days for international shipments). Replacement orders or credit for damaged or missing orders will not be issued until the shipping carrier has approved the claim; the claims process could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks.

* What if I gave you the wrong shipping address when I placed my order?
If you provide an incorrect address when placing your order resulting in the item getting lost or being returned to us, you WILL NOT receive a refund for shipping fees. You'll only receive refund credit for the product if it shows up back here at our office, and you WILL be charged any additional fees that we must pay to UPS for returned packages. Additionally, to reship your order you will be charged the original shipping fees AGAIN. So, please be VERY careful when entering your address information online and be sure to check your emailed order confirmation to be sure all your info and your order are correct. UPS charges $5-$10 to correct wrong addresses. If that is the case with your order, we will pass that charge along to you.

* What if I want to cancel my order after it has left your warehouse? Is there a shipping charge commitment?
Once we have shipped your order, you have committed to paying the shipping charges for that item whether you keep it or not. This applies to orders that have free shipping also! That means if you order a bodyboard for example, that had free shipping and you refuse shipment or send it back because you decide you don't want it, we must deduct the amount it costs us to ship that board to you from the refund we give you. Also, as per our return policy, you are responsible for shipping charges on all returns unless your shipment was not as ordered. See our "Help" page for details.
