Jay and eBodyboarding defined customer service from
pre-sale advice and guidance to order through post sale
Right from the start Jay provided fantastic support.
Im a novice and had many questions. Jay provided the
advice and guidance I required by quickly responding
to my onslaught of questions, follow up questions and
still more follow up questions (about 15 rounds - a
weaker person would have given up). Jay also provided
links to sections of the eBodyboarding web site to help
answer my questions and provide additional info. The
eBodyboarding web site has a wealth of info, especially
for a novice.
The order process went great.
All the exceptions Jay and I discussed were handled.
The low price policy works. The order was shipped same
day with e-mail confirmations and links to the UPS
site for tracking. The order came on schedule. Excellent
support was provided for additional accessories needed.
Post sale support was outstanding.
After getting the order I wanted to exchange a set of
fins. Instead of waiting to get the original fins back
Jay immediately sent me the new set. While Jay would
have been able to charge my credit card if I didnt send
the originals back, having the new set immediately without
waiting is great customer service.
And what is so incredible is
that this all took part at the time of the birth of
his wifes (who works side by side withy him in the business)
and his first child (a girl).
I started out looking for one
board for my;self and ended up getting two boards and
accessories -- one for me and one for may daughter.
I know where Ill go for all by future needs -- eBodyboarding.
