Requires surf wax for grip. 48” Beater is recommended for smaller Groms or Adults (up to 165lbs) that require a board less than 4’ for use in local black-balled beaches (i.e. T-Street in San Clemente). 54” Beater is recommended for older Groms and Adults up to 175lbs where restriction is less than 5’. The Beater Original is great for all skill levels. Beginners can ride as a bodyboard and skimboard then progress to stand-up riding. Intermediate to advance riders can also use as a finless or finned surfboard. Suggested wave height is knee to shoulder high.
