If you order more items than we can fit in a single box, your shipping cost will generally increase by 25%. This increase will generally not show up in the shopping cart, but will be added after your order is submitted, and you will be emailed for your approval

To get EXACT shipping costs, simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and proceed through the order process. Select your preferred shipping option and your total costs will be displayed on the "review and submit" page. If you don't want to finalize your order, simply don't click "submit".

WARNING:
*Additional costs:
eBodyboarding.com only charges customers what it costs us to ship products to you. It is your responsibility to determine any additional costs such as, but not limited to customs import duties, brokerage fees, local delivery charges, etc. eBodyboarding.com makes every effort to value shipments as low as we can and we always mark shipments as "GIFT" while reporting enough value to cover insurance on shipments that have insurance. If a package is refused for any reason and returned to us, any subsequent delivery charges will NOT be refunded. If customer provides an invalid address when ordering, all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility including fees charged to eBodyboarding.com to have the package returned to us, and re-shipment fees to return the package to you if you so choose.
Please note that many packages are delayed by customs in the receiving country, so shipping times are estimated.


*Special requirements:
In some cases, first-time international customers may be required to fax or email a copy of a credit card bill or other proof that they are the actual cardholder. This is sometimes required because our address verification system does not work in many countries. You will receive an email shortly after placing your order if this is requested.

*Order tracking:
For methods that are trackable, please email us if you require a tracking number.

*Didn't receive your shipment?:
If you received confirmation via email that your order shipped but you haven't received it in a reasonable amount of time, email us. In case of non-receipt of package, we must wait 60 days from ship date for Air Mail and 30 days for Express shipping before a refund or duplicate shipment can be made.

*Out-of-stock items:
If an order contains items that are out of stock, the order will be held until we can fulfill the entire order. You will be emailed if this is the case, and given an estimated availability date of the items, or presented with other options. Please check your email often after ordering!

*Damaged/incomplete shipments:
If you receive a shipment that is damaged or incomplete, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We may request that you email a digital photo of any damaged items as proof. Some shipments are insured, so retaining all packaging and items in question is REQUIRED in order to provide a refund or replacement.
In some cases, you may be required to return-ship items at your expense and you will receive reimbursement upon our receipt of those items.

*Defective items:
Most items we sell have warranties through their manufacturer. Some of these warranties have time limits. Bodyboards, for example, have 90-day warranties. That means that any defects that may occur within 90 days of the date you receive the item will be covered. In many cases, if an item appears to be defective, we will request that you email a digital photo so that we may inspect the item, or so that we may forward the photo to the manufacturer. With most products it is the manufacturer’s choice to either repair or replace the item. In some cases, you may be required to return-ship items at your expense and you will receive reimbursement upon our receipt of those items.
