How to get shipping costs before ordering:

Add the items you want to your cart.  Click the shopping cart link at the top of our website. Click "view cart". Use the "get shipping estimates" feature to see exact shipping costs and shipping methods available.  

Order Processing

We ship orders Monday-Friday only and are closed on weekends and major US holidays.

Our shipping cutoff is 2pm PACIFIC time.  All UPS shipments are picked up at 3:30pm Pacific Time. UPS packages do not move on weekends or major holidays, so a Next Day Air package shipping on a Friday will arrive Monday.

We ship most products from San Clemente, California, but certain items are shipped from alternate warehouses which may delay the shipment.  

Potential Delays and COVID-19

Please note, UPS and USPS are currently not guaranteeing their delivery times due to the pandemic, so please be aware of this when selecting your shipment options.  We cannot provide shipping cost refunds for shipments that don't arrive within the "guaranteed" time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1 business days in most cases!). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

Simply place the items you want in the shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top of the site, then click "view cart", then find the shipping cost calculator on the lower right and enter your state and zip code, and then click "calculate shipping".  You will see a selection of shipment options for both UPS and USPS.

We are sorry we can't offer free shipping to Hawaii on board orders.  The USPS charges high rates for board shipments to Hawaii.  We do offer discounted shipping rates though!  If your order total is under $300 and you have 1 bodyboard the cost is $50 for shipping. If your order is over $300 with a board the cost is $35. Each additional board added in both scenarios is $30 (up to 2 boards).  Note: Weight limit is 22lbs though, over that weight rates will vary.

Shipping to PO Boxes

UPS cannot ship to a PO Box.  Shipping is available to PO boxes via USPS only.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and waiting time with free local pickup at our San Clemente warehouse Monday-Friday between 10am-4:45pm (major holidays excluded).

When placing your order, select In-Store Pickup - Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm” at checkout and use code "PICKUP". The cart will show a $100 charge for PICKUP unless you use this code!  

We will call you or send you an email confirmation when your order is ready. 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide!  ALERT! Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT, which are applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. is not responsible for these charges.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Unfortunately, the US Postal Service is presently unable to ship to several countries.  If you are in one of those countries, you will not see any USPS shipping options at checkout, only UPS (United Parcel Service).  We apologize, and will offer USPS options as soon as they become available again.  

There are currently no issues with UPS and it's shipping options.

*All USPS shipments are transferred to your local postal system when they reach your country, so if your postal system isn't reliable, please select UPS instead! 

All shipments have basic insurance and tracking numbers which are automatically emailed to you when we ship your order.  If tracking indicates your order has been delivered, please contact us to file a claim with the shipper AFTER you have checked around your house or with your neighbors to make sure the package hasn't been delivered.

Where's my shipment?

If tracking indicates your order has been delivered and you can't locate it, here is the process:
1.  Check your email order confirmation and make sure you gave us an accurate shipping address.
2.  Check around your home, check with neighbors, check with your local post office (if shipped via USPS).
3.  If you are still unable to locate the shipment, we can file an inquiry with the carrier.  They will use GPS data on the carrier scanners to determine if the shipment was delivered to the address provided.  If this inquiry determines it was, unfortunately, we won't be able to re-ship or refund as this indicates the package was likely stolen from your residence and we cannot be held responsible in this case.  Sorry!
