How to get shipping costs before ordering:

Add the items you want to your cart.  Click the shopping cart link at the top of our website. Go through the checkout process.  The site will present shipping costs and options before you finalize the checkout.

We ship worldwide!  

IMPORTANT! 
Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT, which are applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer.  eBodyboarding.com is not responsible for these charges. 

If you refuse to pay import duties/brokerage fees or are unable to receive the shipment, we cannot refund the cost of your purchase or return shipping!

*UPS/Fedex options:  Though cart may show a specific option, we will choose the cheaper carrier for the comparable shipping option.

*Please remember, shipping times are ESTIMATED and are subject to flight delays, local shipping delays, and customs delays. 

**All USPS shipments are transferred to your local postal system when they reach your country, so if your postal system isn't reliable, please select UPS/Fedex instead! 

All shipments (EXCEPT FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL) have basic insurance and tracking numbers which are automatically emailed to you when we ship your order.  If tracking indicates your order has been delivered, please contact us to file a claim with the shipper AFTER you have checked around your house or with your neighbors to make sure the package hasn't been delivered.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If your shipment hasn't arrived, contact us and we can initiate an inquiry with the carrier.  Please note, inquiries can take up to 30 days. 

We cannot refund your shipment until we have confirmation from the carrier that your shipment is lost! 

ORDER PROCESSING

We ship orders Monday-Friday only and are closed on weekends and major US holidays.

Our shipping cutoff is 2pm PACIFIC time.  

We ship most products from San Clemente, California, but certain items are shipped from alternate warehouses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1 business days in most cases!). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
