We flipped the script on the board sock, pun intended. Most board socks protect the nose, but this stretchy knit bodyboard sock puts reinforced, padded nylon on the tail and cinches closed at the nose. It protects your bodyboard from bumps, scratches and UV rays, keeps melting wax off your car's interior, and adds an extra layer of protection when your board is in storage.

Why is the padding on the tail?
The tail is the most delicate part of a bodyboard, so the reinforced, padded nylon goes there and the drawstring cinches at the nose.
