Shipping
- Free shipping on California orders over $75 and continental US orders of $150 and up. Some oversized items are excluded, including EPS core bodyboards, large boards and large board bags.
- Orders ship Monday to Friday. Our shipping cutoff is 2 p.m. Pacific, and most orders ship within 1 business day.
- Some items ship from other warehouses and may take a few extra days.

Returns
- Unused items in new, sellable condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping costs.
