Utilizing the the most popular of Science Templates the Style we introduce The Warp, the latest MS Concept board.
The Concept: A board that maintains maximum speed while in turns.
Solution: Deep twin wings on a generally rounded pin tail outline, combined with deep multi channel system
Experience full throttle speed during long arcing turns or rail to rail transitions. Outer and inner wings work, or as we call Dual Delta Tail, is paired with the Deep Quad Vent channel system for maximum hold and control. The generally rounded pin tail outline allows for the smoothest of turning transitions.

From Mike Stewart himself: "Here are some key takeaways from my time with the Warp"
1. While the tip of the tail is the measured length of the board, the ends of the rails are much shorter. For example, on a 42" board, the rails are only 40" in length, so this gives the effect of riding a much smaller board, which is much more maneuverable. Doing tight spins, for example, in the pocket, is very easy and quick. Making a split-second decision to get to the lip is also more easily done. Because of the rail length compared to the board length, you might want to consider going up by a half inch from what you normally ride so that the board feels a bit more normal.
2. The second or inner wing creates a hold closer to the center of the tail, making the tail harder to slide out. This allows for a slightly more forward weight distribution than on normal designs, which is felt in noticeable acceleration while trimming.
3. The deepened quad vent channels further enhance this hold.
"In summary, I find the board to be significantly easier to maneuver and especially responsive, yet it holds well and doesn’t slide out easily. Reverse off the lips, for instance, requires the board to be flatter to the wave face to accomplish the same hold and rotation. If you get a warp, please share your feedback so we can share ideas and consider tweaks for future variations. MS"
Bodyboard sizing depends on multiple factors. We recommend you take our Bodyboard Quiz and read our "How to choose a Bodyboard" page.
Here is a general guideline for sizing:
Board Length | Your Weight | Your Height | Size that also work: |
36” | 40-90 lbs. | 4’ - 4’10” | 34-38” boards |
38” | 65-100 lbs. | 4'8 - 5' | 36-39” boards |
39" | 85-115 lbs. | 4'6" - 5'2" | 38-40” boards |
40" | 110-140 lbs. | 5'3"- 5'6" | 39-41” boards |
41" | 125-170 lbs. | 5'6" - 5'8" | 40-41.5” boards |
42" | 145-180 lbs. | 5'7"-6'0" | 41.5-42.5” boards |
43" | 170-210 lbs. | 6'1"-6'3" | 42.75-43.5 boards |
44" | 180-250 lbs. | 6'2"-6'4" | 43.5-44.5 boards |
45" | 195-270 lbs. | 6'3" - 6'6" | 44.5-45.5 boards |
